Greatest accomplishment from lifting and/or fitness in general? I earned my NGA Pro Card and have also qualified for the national NPC shows. I haven’t done as well as I would like at the national NPC competitions, but I’m happy with physique and that’s what’s most important. I do want that IFBB Pro Card though! There is always more work to do and improvements to be made. I am determined!
Favorite exercise to do in the gym?Anything to do with my back! I love working my back!

Ever have guys challenge you in any sports, arm wrestling or wrestling? If so what happened? Of course. I usually lose because it’s always big guys that want to mess with me. I end up laughing A LOT!
Anything you would like to add or tell your fans? Nothing great comes easy. Find a group of friends with similar interests and goals. A strong support network is necessary to maintain a fit lifestyle. Also, you are never too old and you can always find time if you want it bad enough. I’m 33 years old and a single mother of 3. I make time because I know it’s important for my health, makes me feels good, sets a good example for others, and increases my confidence. I don’t have any problem keeping up!
