Ever have guys challenge you in any sports, arm wrestling or wrestling? Grappling (MMA) We went for a long time and all the guys were surprised I was that strong. I was going against guys that were 125lbs+
Anything you would like to add or tell your fans? Never give up, you gotta start somewhere. I started curling with 15lbs dumbbells when I first got into lifting and 15lbs was actually heavy at the time for me. Now I’m curling 30lbs. Fitness is a lifestyle. It’s not something you do for a few weeks and quit or put it off. It’s a journey and becomes very addicting once you see results.
