Single DB Rows: 80 lbs
DB shoulder press: 45 lbs DB for 6 reps
Greatest accomplishment from lifting and/or fitness in general? I have been lifting weights since I was 16 – I started to get ready for Marine Corps bootcamp. My goal ever since I started lifting weights has been to get to 20 dead hang pull-ups; I’ve made it to 17 so far…it’s wonderful to jump on the pull-up bar (wide grip) and start doing pull-ups like it’s “nothing”. 
Favorite exercise to do in the gym? Tough question to answer…it keeps varying.  I love training my back and shoulders; the amount of weights I can “push” around really motivates me. 
Ever have guys challenge you in arm wrestling or wrestling? If so what happened? Yes, back in 2004 when I was at the beach; I foolishy agreed and won!  I was so embarassed for the poor guy.  All his friends wanted to arm wrestle me as well and I refused.  I didn’t want to embarass them as well.
Anything you would like to add or tell your fans? Believe in yourself! Believe you can do it and you’ll get it done no matter what’s happened or is happening in your life. Your circumstances are not your potential.  I also highly recommend hiring a coach to help you – espcially if you want to compete.
