Greatest accomplishment from lifting and/or fitness in general?  I have competed in a figure competition and placed 2^nd in my first and only show.  I was also the first female to lift in my high school weight room.  I still hold my high school’s pole vault record as well as a national championship for cheerleading.  I am also the July Athlete of the month and the model featured in the exercise of the month in 11Athletics Magazine. 

Favorite exercise to do in the gym?  Handstand pushups with a TRX.
