Angelica Infonzino’s Recipe:
1lb Phillips Wild Caught Lump Crab
1 Whole Egg4 Egg Whites4 TBS Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp Dry Mustard4 TBS Lemon Juice5 TBS Horseradish Mustard1 TBS Parsley Flakes5 Quaker Rice Cakes (crumbled)2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning Directions:Combine all ingredients except crab meat, mix well. Fold in crab meat. Shape
into cakes. Bake on non stick cookie sheet at 375 F for 12-15 min, then
broil until top is crispy (about 3-4 min). Sauce for drizzling on top:3 TBS Horseradish Mustard4 TBS Worcestershire Sauce2 TBS Lemon Juice(mix all ingredients together and drizzle over crab cakes when served – also goes well over asparagus)Eat and enjoy!!!

***20grams of protein for each bar!
4 egg whites
½ cup oats
3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp peanut (or soy nut) butter
1/3 cup raisins or mini dark semi-sweet
chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl in the
order they are listed. Pour mixture into an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment
paper. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 bars.
