Greatest accomplishment from lifting and/or fitness in general?
My greatest fitness accomplishment would have to be transforming my body from a 105 lb twig to a 120 lb body with muscle that has the ability to lift heavy weights. I’ve been competing in figure competition since the beginning of 2010 and my greatest accomplishment thus far would be qualifying for nationals and also winning my height class at my last show.
Favorite exercise to do in the gym? I absolutely love deadlifts and leg press, I feel like the help sculpt great glutes and I would highly recommend them to any female looking for a nice apple bottom lol! As far as upper body goes, lateral raises and bicep curls are my favorite.

Ever have guys challenge you in any sports, arm wrestling or wrestling? If so what happened?
I have definitely had guys challenge me in arm wrestling and tennis. I can put up a good fight in arm wrestling but they usually end up winning. In tennis they always lose though, I have a pretty mean backhand and a big temper on the tennis court.
Anything you would like to add or tell your fans? To keep striving for the best and to never settle because someone tells you that you can’t achieve something. I don’t care how old, young, or poor you are where there is a will there is a way.
